Membership FAQ

  • Our Cucina Melissa membership gives you access to our library of artisan recipes. You can't find these anywhere else! We meet with Chefs from all over the world and test in our own kitchen to create unique flavor pairings that are exclusive to our travels and community of followers. All of our recipes have an underlying theme of Italian technique and traditions, but the flavors we choose are unique to our own cooking and travel experiences. The membership also gives you access to our travel guides with destinations all over the world.

  • After you initially subscribed, you should have received an email containing a link to log in. The link will automatically log you in to the site in which you subscribed from. You may also use an email and password if the user has previously generated one. If you have any issues, please reach out to Customer Service by emailing ciao@cucinamelissa.com

  • No, you cannot pause at this time.

  • You can cancel your subscription within the manage subscription section via your account page. You can also cancel your subscription by emailing ciao@cucinamelissa.com

  • At this point, you won’t be refunded, we do not offer refunds. If you email ciao@cucinamelissa.com and cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until your next billing date.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

  • Credit cards are charged upon receipt of annual orders and monthly orders. It may take two to three days for the charge to appear on your credit card statement. Monthly subscriptions will be automatically renewed each month thereafter unless you cancel. For annual orders you will be sent a reminder notice sufficiently in advance of your renewal date stating the term and rate in effect that will be charged to your payment account. Your subscription will automatically be renewed unless you cancel.
